Firebase isn’t configured yet

Sign-in is wired up but needs project credentials. Copy .env.example to .env.local and fill in the values from Firebase Console → Project settings.

Then enable Google under Authentication → Sign-in method, and add your domain under Authentication → Settings → Authorized domains.
