What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the budget range you select, the practice area you select, and the message you write.

When you sign in to the client portal we collect the account identifier and email address supplied by your chosen sign-in provider.

We collect aggregate analytics about page visits. We do not use this to build advertising profiles and we do not sell it.

Why we collect it

Contact submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and to route it to the right team internally. Portal data is used to authenticate you and show you your engagement.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract plus the period required by our professional and tax obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@blackwatch.tech. We respond within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and email delivery. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
